You don’t have to worry about that recession anymore. The White House fixed it.
And by “fixed it” I mean it just changed the commonly held definition of a recession.
Biden and Company have given us stimulus 3.0. They have unveiled an infrastructure spending plan. But that’s not the end of the spending. Next in the lineup comes the “American Families Plan” — another $1.8 trillion or so of government spending. Peter Schiff talked about it in his podcast, calling it a giant new welfare package. He said ultimately, it’s going to be another giant government boondoggle.
It looks like Joe Biden will ultimately win the presidential election, although it will likely be weeks before all of the official votes are in and the legal wrangling could go on even longer. One thing that is clear is that the polls were horribly wrong. They were projecting a Biden landslide. If Trump did lose, it was barely.
In his podcast, Peter Schiff offered some post-election analysis and said investors are as clueless as the pollsters.
