Getting Started

Orders can be completed in one of two ways. Clients can either shop directly through SchiffGold’s product directory and add items to their online shopping cart for checkout. Alternatively, orders can be placed directly with a SchiffGold Precious Metals Specialist. If you already have a designated point of contact at SchiffGold, please reach out to them directly. If you haven’t yet connected with a specialist, you can do so here.

Full payment must be made by bank wire transfer or check and will be received in the SchiffGold Customer Account. After placing the order, clients will be sent an email containing the sales confirmation, plus complete payment instructions. Depending on your bank and location, we usually receive payments via bank wire transfer within 24 hours. We are required to wait 5 business days for checks to fully clear. Orders paid by check, consequently, will take longer before they can be shipped.

We ship either by US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx, fully insured via Lloyd’s of London. Packages are fully discreet and our liability until signed for. Processing orders takes 1-2 days, and shipping usually takes 2-4 days. Orders paid for by wire transfer will be shipped quicker than orders paid by check. We ship to many overseas locations.
