Pay with Cryptocurrency Using These Steps
Call in and speak with a one of our precious metals specialists, get a quote in dollars, and receive your BitPay invoice by email. SchiffGold works with BitPay for our crypto transactions. BitPay currently accepts Bitcoin, Bitcoin cash, and Ethereum.
The cryptocurrency price will be locked in for 15 minutes and you will need to send payment immediately. Your broker will walk you through this process step by step on the phone. You must have a BitPay compatible wallet.
Once payment posts to SchiffGold through BitPay, you will receive an order confirmation from SchiffGold as well as tracking information when it becomes available.

Paying by Smartphone or Computer with Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash or Ethereum?
- Open the email and click the "Pay Bill Now" button
- Make changes to the shipping address if necessary.
- Click the "Pay With BitPay" button. If you are on a computer it is located on the right side of the page. If you are on a smartphone it will be at the bottom of the page.
- Choose Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash or Ethereum
- Copy the payment URL
- Using your wallet application, send payment to the BitPay payment URL. You should be able to see confirmation that the payment has been sent in your wallet.
- Your broker will confirm that your payment has arrived.
