Limited Edition Bullion

On very rare occasions a major government mint issues a new product that is both unique and well-priced. We expect these limited edition coins to carry some collectible value due to their rarity, but we only offer them when they are priced competitively with common bullion coins. SchiffGold confidently recommends these products to serious investors — and as always, we offer the lowest possible prices in the industry.

Canadian Gold Cougar

gold-cougar-99999

Specifications

  • 99.999% pure gold
  • One-of-a-kind 2015 design
  • Individually sealed in hard plastic case
  • Anti-counterfeit mint mark
  • IRA eligible

The Royal Canadian Mint (RCM) introduced the world to the first 99.99% pure gold coin with its now iconic Maple Leaf. It has now outdone itself with its new Wildlife Series — the world’s only “five 9s” pure gold coins ever produced by a national mint. The “Cougar” is the second of three coins in the Wildlife Series and is being produced in 2015 only. That’s right, the Cougar contains 99.999% pure gold and is only available until the end of 2015, when production ends!

Another major advantage of the gold Cougar is that, unlike more common 1-ounce gold bullion coins produced by national mints, the Cougar comes individually sealed in a hard plastic case with an assay certificate guaranteeing its purity. In addition to this, it carries the state-of-the-art, laser-engraved mint mark from the RCM for added security.

Canadian Gold Wolf (Sold Out!)

Specifications

  • 99.999% pure gold
  • One-of-a-kind 2014 design
  • Individually sealed in hard plastic case
  • Anti-counterfeit mint mark
  • IRA eligible

The gold “Wolf” was the first of the Royal Canadian Mint’s Wildlife Series, which are the first 99.999% pure gold coins ever produced by a national mint. The Wolf was minted in 2014 only and is now sold out. It’s no wonder, since we sold this unique and unrivaled bullion coin for less than the popular American Gold Eagle. However, it’s not too late to get your hands on a “five 9s” gold coin. The 2015 Wildlife Series coin — the gold “Cougar” — is still available. See above.
